GYM RENTAL

Thank you for choosing the Life Center! If you haven't booked with us before, here is how our procedure works!

1. Check the calendar below to ensure the spot you'd like hasn't been taken yet. (Calendar)

2. Then fill out the form to request your time. (Fill out Form)

3. After we have seen your request, we will confirm your slot via email. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us!

The pricing is $50/hour for athletic gym rentals. (Pay Here)

After we receive your submission form, we will contact you with a License Agreement, Facilities Use Guidelines and Fee Schedule, and Parental Release of Liability (if necessary).
